Double-Blind Peer Review

Peer Review Process

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity. Every manuscript submitted to SuCHiD 2026 goes through a thorough, fair, and transparent review.

Our Review Policy

SuCHiD 2026 follows a rigorous, transparent, and ethical double-blind peer-review process to ensure the publication of high-quality scientific research. Neither the authors nor the reviewers are aware of each other's identities at any point during the review, ensuring impartiality and fairness in every evaluation.

How It Works

1

Manuscript Submission

Authors submit their full manuscripts via the official conference submission portal before the deadline. All submissions must comply with the conference formatting guidelines and publication ethics.

2

Initial Editorial Screening

The Technical Program Committee screens each manuscript for:

  • Relevance to conference themes & scope
  • Template & formatting compliance
  • Completeness and technical quality
  • Ethical compliance
3

Plagiarism Screening

All manuscripts are screened using Turnitin software.

Max similarity: 10% AI content: per publisher rules

Authors must secure permission for any copyrighted material used.

4

Reviewer Assignment

Manuscripts passing the initial screening are assigned to expert reviewers.

  • Minimum two independent reviewers
  • Double-blind — identities hidden
  • Max 3 manuscripts per reviewer
5

Review Criteria

Each manuscript is carefully evaluated against the following criteria:

Originality & novelty Scientific rigor Relevance to themes Significance Methodology Analysis quality Clarity & organization Language & grammar Figures & tables Overall contribution
6

Reviewer Recommendations

Reviewers provide detailed comments and recommend one of:

Accept with minor revisions Major revision & resubmission Reject
7

Revision by Authors

Authors address all reviewer comments and submit:

  • Revised manuscript
  • Point-by-point response

Major revisions may be sent back for re-evaluation.

8

Final Decision

The Technical Program Committee and Editorial Committee jointly make the final acceptance decision based on quality standards.

9

Camera-Ready Submission

Accepted authors submit the final camera-ready manuscript after incorporating all editorial and reviewer corrections and completing the registration process.

10

Publication

Selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings or recommended for publication in partner journals, subject to the publisher's editorial policies and additional peer-review requirements where applicable.
